Based on Vashon Island, WA we offer a variety of design and construction services that cover the complete range of custom home design and build. CONSTRUCTION and budget

We will work with you to create the home you love.  Two goals that go hand in hand with Blue Dog Builders are to create a space you love while being mindful of the budget.  

With that in mind we work with professional designers and architects to realize your dream.  Some of the architects and designers we've worked with are Stoltz Kau Architects designers of the Wilkin/Bonn and O'Hara/Weber project, Goforth Gill Architects, and Dream Design Build.   

We understand the value of your financial well being and don't want to be the builder who blows your budget.   We spend a lot of time forming a scope of work and pricing that is transparent so that you know exactly what is being built and what it costs.  

INTERIORS and Design

We also establish connections with interior designers.  Blue Dog Builders understands the value of good interior design and space organization and that a designer has an artistic concept that's important to the success of a project.  Designers we work with include Stoltz/Kau Architects Orcas Island, WA, Waldron Interior Design Vashon, WA and Katherine Pelz Architecture in Wallingford.

FURNITURE and special projectS

Custom designed and hand-crafted furniture to fit your environment.  Most of the work here was designed by Blue Dog Builders to fit the location, use and client taste.  

CONCRETE

Specialized concrete construction from homes to stairs, to counter tops.  Our love of interesting and challenging projects has led us to concrete.
